Our guarantee

If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it's unused and in its original packaging.

How to return an item

• Sign in and find the order in your order history
• Open the order and select "Request a return", giving a brief reason
• We'll email you a returns label to attach to the parcel
• Drop the parcel off at any of our delivery partners' collection points

Exceptions

For food safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on perishable items or opened consumables unless they arrived damaged or faulty. If that happens, contact customer service and we'll sort it out.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.
