How we source our household essentials
Every product on our shelves starts with a relationship — with a brand, an independent supplier, or a manufacturer we've worked with for years. We don't just list whatever's cheapest; we look for consistency, quality, and suppliers who can actually keep up with demand.
For household essentials in particular, reliability matters more than novelty. Customers reordering washing powder or bin bags want the same product to be there next time, at a fair price, not a rotating cast of alternatives.
That's why we work closely with a smaller number of trusted suppliers rather than spreading thin across hundreds of one-off deals. It means better negotiating power on bulk pricing too, which we pass on directly through our tiered pricing.
